Tasting Notes: This blend is a true Field Blend. Each variety came from the same small vineyard and was harvested and fermented together. A lively bouquet of cedar and violet along with firm tannins give way to a delicate complexity of cherry and spice on the palate. Balance and structure make this an age-worthy gem. We love this wine so much that we named it after our winemaker’s mother Celeste.
Tasting Notes: Decades of thoughtful sculpting have resulted in the balance of each individual vine at Joe Aparicio's vineyards in Sutter Creek, California. The pristine clusters of Zinfandel fruit and French Oak produce a bouquet of freshly picked strawberries accented with the flavor of raspberry-filled chocolate. Elegant and diverse, with a light body and long finish, you can take it on any gastronomic expedition.

It's soft mouthfeel and subtle oak characteristics, lend way to the natural aromas and flavors true to the Chardonnay grape variety--tropical fruit with a twist of citrus.

Fortified Wines
Tasting Notes: This bottle of wine represents a truly hand crafted passion. We selected six traditional Portuguese varieties to acheive a balance and profusion of intense berry flavor with dried fruit and cigar box on the finish. For a special treat, lay a few bottles down for 8 or 10 years. This wine is only available as futures. The release date has not yet been set but we are aiming for mid-December 2012.
